Amanda is a seasoned HR leader who has successfully influenced in leading, planning and executing complex/strategic initiatives, change and growth of HR strategy for various organizations.
As a trustworthy collaborator and relationship builder, Amanda has a broad understanding of laws, acts and legislation related to employment, HR best practices, and other core functions instrumental to the well-being of an HR department.
Amanda completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at Queens University in Political Studies. She then completed the post-graduate Human Resources Management program at St. Lawrence College. Amanda has obtained her CHRP and CHRL designations and has a passion for learning and ongoing development.
